Running Club

Running Club students will train for and complete a 5-K road race while learning about aspects of running – nutrition, safety & awareness, running techniques – and study topics like sportsmanship and responsibility. At the end of the ten-week training, we will run in the Hall County Fit Families 5K. Family members are encouraged to complete the road race with their child.

Program requirements include: 1. Be able to meet/run together 2 days per week. 2. A commitment to complete the entire program, which includes weekly training sessions and the 5K. 3. A great attitude!
